ELOQUII 2017 Swimwear Collection Impressions

Last week I had the pleasure of attending the ELOQUII Swim Party celebrating the launch of their first swimwear collection. With a beach themed photo booth, lip stick bar and awesome food it was a fun night that I got to spend with fellow blogger and ELOQUII fans a like. We were all given the chance to shop the suits in person and I have to say that it was truly the most positive swim suit shopping experience I’ve ever had. Each time someone came out of the fitting room everyone cheered as they slayed in front of the photo booth camera  and encouraged them to try on even more pieces.

While I didn’t get a chance to try on any of the pieces (the line was incredibly long), I did get to  survey them up close and I have to say that am in awe with what ELOQUII has been able to accomplish with this one collection especially due to the fact that they went for silhouettes that are not traditionally available in plus sizes.  I loved the different styles, prints and colors which provide us with a wide range of choices.  Each suit is trendy, sexy, and has great support with side boning and underwire built in so you don’t have to sacrifice comfort  for style which is amazing. The general consensus  in the fitting room was that  sizing up is definitely the way to go when shopping these suits. However, if you are looking into specifics in terms of fit and sizing I definitely recommend checking out these two try-on videos by my blogger boos Darlene of Suits, Heels & Curves, and Nanthale of N.E.C. Style which I have included below. Thanks to Torrid I am all set in the fatkini department, but I have been searching for a one-piece to add to my swimsuit collection so I may just have to save up so I can get the black and white nautical-inspired suit .

Have you checked out ELOQUII’s swim collection? Do you have any favorites at the moment?
