It is rare for me to have a moment when I see something and think to myself that “I must have this” and immediately buy it without much of a second thought, but it when it does happen its probably because  Foxblood dropped something new on their site.  (Even if it is something that I have to purchase via Afterpay, I make it mine.)   The minute I saw this wide leg, tie top jumpsuit as I was scrolling through my Instagram feed, I gagged.  It is everything I’ve ever wanted in a summer outfit that I didn’t even have to look for.

Comfort and fashion are usually mutually exclusive, however when it comes to most Foxblood products (in my experience) this is not the case.  And this jumpsuit is the perfect example, as  it is incredibly chic while also being the most comfortable thing ever.  It’s made out of super soft performance ponte fabric that isn’t see-through or clingy and is perfect for the summer heat because it breathes.

I will admit that I was worried about the length of these wide leg, I’m 5’3″, but turns out that I don’t have to wear wedges or heels for it to not drag on the floor as the hem hits right at my ankle. This makes it the perfect length because you’d only need to swap the sandals for some booties, add a denim or leather jacket and you can keep wearing this jumpsuit just fine as we transition into Fall.

I’m also reaping some benefits from being home as I’ve (finally) been giving my hair the care and love that its been needing. My curls are as coily, springy and shinny as can be.

Now that we’re past the midway point of summer, Fall and Halloween have been at the top of my mind so of course I had to put in some witchy vibes into this look, layering a choker and my favorite onyx necklace. I also added these Crescent Glitter Moon clip on earrings that I bought last month from Bambooyah.

They are a  women owned small business based in Australia and I highly recommend checking them out if you are in the market for super cute earrings and accessories.  Everything in their online store is sustainable as well as handmade and they also have clip on options! Due to the fact that I don’t have pierced ears, I’ve been known to wear the occasional ear cuff, even so I like having the option of an amazing pair of clip ons. I’ve seen some of their Halloween designs from last year and I’m looking forward to getting my hands on some of their clip on offerings they release this year.

*Style notes: This does run slightly big. I got it in a 2XL to make sure that the tie front covered my bust without pulling on the fabric since I wanted to wear a bra with it. I could have sized down,  but I decided to keep it for a more relaxed fit. There were a couple of times that I felt like the waist was slipping down but I feel like that was just me being paranoid, hahaha.
